The baubles

What are the baubles made of?

Each one is a disc of 3mm Perspex acrylic, printed in full colour with your design and personalisation.

Are they round like a traditional bauble?

No. They are flat discs, 80mm across (a little over 3 inches) and 3mm thick. They hang flat against the tree and store flat for next year.

What is the difference between clear and frosted?

Clear acrylic is see-through, so the tree and lights show behind the design. Frosted acrylic has a soft, misted finish. Each design is made in one finish, and the product page says which.

Will it break if it falls off the tree?

Acrylic is much tougher than glass and will not shatter like a glass bauble.

Does it come with something to hang it?

Yes. Every bauble comes with a ribbon, ready to hang.

Personalising

How do I personalise my bauble?

Type the names, date or message into the boxes on the product page before you add it to your basket. We print exactly what you type, so please check spelling, capital letters and dates.

Can I order the same design with different names?

Yes. Add the design to your basket once for each person, with their name typed in each time. Any 2 baubles get free UK delivery, and 3 or more get 20% off.

I have spotted a mistake in my order. Can I change it?

Email hello@rockinrobingifts.com with your order number within 2 hours of ordering. If we have not started making it, we will change it for you. Once it has been made, we cannot change it.

Gift boxes

What do I get with the gift box option?

Choose "Yes - Gift Boxed" and your bauble arrives in a gift box, ready to give, for £17.50 instead of £12.50. Gift boxed baubles are always delivered free in the UK. Baubles ordered without a box are sent in protective packaging.

Can you send it straight to the person it is for?

Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. We do not put prices in the parcel.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

How long will my order take?

Every bauble is made to order and dispatched within 3 working days. With Standard delivery, most orders arrive within about a week of ordering. Royal Mail times are estimates and can be longer in late November and December.

When is the last day to order for Christmas?

We will publish the last order date on our delivery page in early December. Please order as early as you can.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If it has not arrived 10 working days after we posted it, email hello@rockinrobingifts.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Offers

Do you offer a discount for buying more than one?

Yes. Buy any 3 or more baubles and 20% comes off automatically in your basket, so 3 baubles are £30 and 4 are £40. You can mix designs. Any 2 baubles also qualify for free UK delivery.

Returns and problems

Can I return a personalised bauble?

Because each one is made for you, a personalised bauble cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind. If it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will put it right.

My bauble arrived damaged or printed wrongly. What happens now?

Email a photo and your order number to hello@rockinrobingifts.com within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You will not normally need to send the item back.
