Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong with it, we will put it right.

Personalised items

Our personalised baubles are made to order with the names, dates or messages you give us. Because they are made for you, they cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind, and the usual 14-day right to cancel an online order does not apply to them.

Please check names, dates and spelling carefully before you order. We print your personalisation from what you enter.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you spot a mistake or need to cancel, email hello@rockinrobingifts.com with your order number within 2 hours of ordering. If we have not started making your order, we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been made, we cannot change or cancel it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your bauble arrives damaged or faulty, or it is not what you ordered (for example, we have printed something different from what you entered), email hello@rockinrobingifts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You will not normally need to send the item back. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.

Items that are not personalised

If you buy an item that is not personalised, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after it is delivered. Email hello@rockinrobingifts.com to tell us, then return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We will send you the return address.

You pay the cost of posting it back. We will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving it, or of receiving proof that you have posted it.

Gift boxes

A gift box bought with a personalised bauble is part of that order and is covered by the same terms as the bauble.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
