Shipping policy
Every bauble is made to order, so please allow time for us to print yours before it is posted.
Delivery options (UK only)
- Standard delivery: £2.95, or free on orders over £15. Sent by Royal Mail 48 and usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: £6.99. Sent by Royal Mail 24 and usually arrives the next working day after dispatch.
The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
When your order is sent
We dispatch within 3 working days of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays. You will get an email when your order has been posted.
So a Standard order normally arrives within 3 working days plus 2 to 3 working days for the post. Royal Mail delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer in late November and December.
Ordering for Christmas
We will publish our last order date for Christmas delivery on this page in early December. Please order as early as you can; the weeks before Christmas are the busiest of the year for us and for Royal Mail.
Gift boxes
Baubles ordered with a gift box arrive boxed and ready to give. Baubles ordered without one are sent in protective packaging.
Sending to a different address
You can have your order delivered straight to the person it is for. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. We do not include prices in the parcel.
If your order is late or missing
If your order has not arrived 10 working days after we posted it, email hello@rockinrobingifts.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
If your order arrives damaged
Email a photo to hello@rockinrobingifts.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge or refund you. See our returns policy for details.
